Der Relaunch der neuen Website von SiLi fand fast zeitgleich mit dem 150-jährigen Jubiläum statt, das am 01.07. und 02.07.2004 groß gefeiert wurde. Die Geschichte des sehr erfolgreichen und wachstumsstarken Unternehmens SiLi (siehe "Die Perlenmacher aus Warmensteinach") ist ein Musterbeispiel, wie aus Tradition durch Innovation eine Erfolgsgeschichte wird.

Die Story hinter dem Projekt
Wir freuen uns sehr, dass SiLi - Glas-Kugeln, Keramik-Kugeln, Effekt-Glitter sich für das High-end Content Management System XIST4C von LivingLogic entschieden hat. Das Design der neuen Website wurde durch die Firma GMK aus Bayreuth erstellt, die SiLi zu seinen langjährigen guten Kunden zählt. Mit GMK konnte ein wichtiger neuer Partner gewonnen werden, der innerhalb kurzer Zeit mehr als fünf Projekte auf dem Content Management System XIST4C realisiert hat. Ein entscheidender Punkt für die Entscheidung von SiLi und von GMK war, dass Websites auf der Basis von XIST4C nachweislich sehr gut bei Google positioniert werden können.

A 150-year-old success story of SiLi - Sigmund Lindner
The 150th aniversary of our company has been celebrated on the 1st and 2nd of July.
The company history is closely connected to the family history of the families Lindner and Trassl. The brewer’s son Sigmund Lindner (1828–1883) from the Fichtelgebirge married into the Steiniger’sche estates in Warmensteinach in June 1850, which included a brewery, the inn "At the Golden Lion" as well as extensive farming estates. The enterprising young man soon got caught by the beads boom in his new place of residence. After first participating in a small furnace, he built his own beads furnace in 1853. That was the founding of this traditional Sigmund Lindner company and the start of an uninterrupted history of business success to date. Now, 150 years later, SiLi is managed by Sigmund Lindner’s great-grandsons Stefan and Rolf Trassl, who have made the company fit for tough competition by their targeted innovations.
SiLi supplies innovative products in four different areas of glitter and beads:

- Ceramic Beads made of Zirconium, Zirconia - Yttrium stabilised
- Grinding Media made of Glass and Ceramic Zirconia - Yttrium stabilised
- Effect Glitter is available as Iris Glitter / Hologram Glitter, Polyester Glitter, Deco Polyester Glitter, Aluminium Glitter, Glass Glitter / Glass Nuggets / Decobeads and Glitter Shapes
